Terms and Conditions

Membership

  • Any individual can enroll in multiple schemes.

  • Each membership will be issued a unique scheme card, physical or digital.

  • Member details including name, phone number, and address must be accurately recorded.

  • Changes in address or loss of card must be immediately reported to the store.

    • Scheme Duration & Payments

  • The scheme is valid for 11 months of monthly installment payments.

  • Members will be eligible for jewelry purchase in the 12th month, with a bonus benefit.

  • Payments should be made between the 1st and 15th of each month.

  • Acceptable payment methods include Cash, UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Bank Transfer, and Cheque (for order advance only).

  • Missed installments may be compensated only once by paying two installments together during the scheme period.

    • Lucky Draw

  • Lucky draws are conducted on the 3rd Saturday of every month at 6:00 PM.

  • Only members who have paid that months installment are eligible for the draw.

  • Winners are chosen transparently and announced publicly or via app notifications.

    • Withdrawal & Defaults

  • If a member fails to pay regularly, they are deemed to have withdrawn from the scheme.

  • In such cases, depreciation charges will apply, and refunds are not permitted.

  • Members are not eligible to receive gold (24K) or silver (999) under this scheme.

    • Jewelry Purchase Conditions

  • Jewelry purchases can be made only after successful completion of 11 months.

  • All purchases are subject to GST, which must be paid by the member at the time of billing.

  • Jewelry can only be selected from available collections at Devishree Jewellers.

    • Communication & Privacy

  • All communication regarding the scheme (reminders, lucky draw alerts, and confirmations) will be sent via registered SMS templates as per TRAI guidelines.

  • Member data is stored securely and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.

    • Legal Clause

  • Devishree Jewellers reserves the right to amend the scheme rules or modify app features without prior notice.

  • All disputes are subject to Hyderabad jurisdiction only.
